Above 2,500 documents is quoted. Prices exclude VAT. These bands cover mostly readable documents, one agreed output structure, and document-level extraction. Mixed document types, handwriting, poor scans, line items, priority delivery, or direct import into another system may change the quote.

Do you guarantee every field will be correct?
We guarantee that every accepted document will be accounted for. Unreadable documents and uncertain fields are reported instead of being silently treated as correct. We do not publish an accuracy percentage until measured work supports one.
Can you process files stored in Google Drive?
Yes, subject to an agreed access and retention method. The original filename or source link is preserved in the output.
Can you import the results into our current system?
Possibly. Spreadsheet and CSV delivery are standard. Direct system import is scoped and quoted separately.
Can we add fields after processing starts?
New fields change the agreed scope and may require a revised quote. The included correction round covers extraction mistakes, not a new output structure.
Do we need to subscribe afterward?
No. Archive Conversion is complete when the accepted deliverables and corrections are finished. The AI Employee is available if you want new documents handled continuously.
