Archive Conversion
A fixed-scope conversion of an accepted archive into an agreed spreadsheet or CSV. The price includes the sample assessment, output setup, processing, exception reporting, final reconciliation, and one correction round.

Above 2,500 documents is quoted. These bands cover mostly readable documents, one agreed output structure, and document-level extraction. Mixed document types, handwriting, poor scans, line items, priority delivery, or direct import into another system may change the quote.

Above 2,500 documents per month is quoted. There are no overage charges. A client who exceeds a band two months running moves up a band. Peso prices were set at ₱61.25 to the dollar on 3 August 2026 and hold for twelve months.
First month free, no setup fee, month to month. Annual prepay is optional: pay for ten months, get twelve. Price changes take 30 days’ notice.

Are prices based on pages or documents?
Prices use accepted source documents. The representative sample determines whether unusually long documents, line-item extraction, or mixed file types require a different quote.
Is VAT included?
No. Add 12% VAT for Philippine clients.
Is there a setup fee for the AI Employee?
No. The first month is free and there is no setup fee.
Is Archive Conversion free if we subscribe?
No. Archive Conversion and the AI Employee solve different problems and are priced separately. Prior months that fit an active subscription workflow are billed at half the monthly rate for your band, per month caught up. A standalone historical archive uses Archive Conversion pricing instead.
Can we cancel the AI Employee?
Yes. It is month to month. Export remains available after cancellation.
